Template:Character E-77 Lucky is a ridiculous-looking E-Series robot, created by Doctor Eggman to find the seventh Chaos Emerald in Season 1 of Sonic X. Its main body is a large gold bell with two visible purple eyes and the number "7" painted on in red and it is covered in good luck charms, including four-leafed clovers and rabbits' feet.

History

Lucky was created because Eggman believed that with a little more luck, it could obtain all seven Chaos Emeralds. At first, Lucky seems to have bad luck and it is constantly falling down and getting into trouble. This all turned around when it has finally found the seventh Chaos Emerald. Outside of that, it is shown to be able to survive situations that destroyed other robots out of sheer luck. Unfortunately for Eggman, Lucky wasn't very obedient and actually helped Sonic the Hedgehog. After the first season, Lucky isn't seen again for a while, until the Emerald Fighting Tournament, where for a few rounds it remains on a good luck streak and continues to win by default, but finally loses against Emerl in the first semi-final match when it uses up its energy supply taunting Emerl during their fight. Lucky placed Top 4 in the competition along with Rouge the Bat, who loses to Knuckles the Echidna in the second semi-final match. Effectively, Lucky was lucky enough to not fight Emerl.

Trivia

  • Lucky's only form of communication is through beeping.
