The E-10000 series[1] (E-10000シリーズ[citation needed] Ī-10000 Shirīzu?) is a group that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a branch of the E-Series[2] created by Dr. Eggman during the first World Grand Prix. Unlike traditional Badniks, the E-10000 series are created for racing, specifically on Extreme Gear.

The E-10000 series robots look very similar to the Pawn Series models, who are in turn modeled after Dr. Eggman. They are humanoid robots that are vaguely shaped like an egg. Their head is light gray in color and possesses two lights as eyes, a pointy "nose", and what appears to simulate a cap; while the torso has a white line across it and two orange buttons. The only known difference between E-10000 series robots is the dominant color in their bodies. Their codenames are "E-10000" and (usually) the initial of their color.
Unlike other E-Series robots, the E-10000 series robots are built specifically for Extreme Gear racing, and do not appear to possess any combat abilities. Similar to most other Badniks, the E-10000 series robots also show signs of sapience, though unlike most Badniks, the E-10000 series are also capable of communication with each other.
