Dusty Visor[1] is a character mentioned in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He was one of the former emperors of the Insectra Empire.

Spaced Out[]
Dusty Visor ruled over the Insectra Empire prior to his successor and grandson, Dim Visor. His entire life was dedicated to the war between his people and the Blurrgh, simply out of tradition.[1]
