The Drill Spin Boost^[1] (ドリルスピンブースト^[2], Doriru Supin Būsuto^?) is a move that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a variation of the Boost used by Knuckles the Echidna when he collects the maximum number of Rings.

When using the move, Knuckles will enter in a spinning drill state with flaming particles and effects. When using it towards an enemy, it will inflict damage towards them.

In Sonic Frontiers, the Drill Spin Boost is one of Knuckles' Skills in The Final Horizon.

The player must hold the // to use it. Collecting the maximum number of Rings is required to use it, otherwise Knuckles will simply use the Boost.

In order to unlock the Skill, the player must use 50 Skill Points as Knuckles.
