Dremagen is the main antagonist of SEGA Heroes. She is a mysterious, inter-dimensional being who wants to take over the universe and create clones of the heroes that she deems worthy. However, Amy Rose and Ax Battler form an alliance with the heroes around the universe to ensure Dremagen's defeat.

In SEGA Heroes, Dremagen began collecting heroes to rule them all. To do so she began cloning them with the help of Dr. Eggman. Unfortunately for Dremagen, her plans were foiled by the various heroes and villains she tried to control.
