The Dragon Smoke is an Item Box power-up that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series
Description [ ] The Dragon Smoke takes the form of purple and blue Chinese dragon head with yellow horns, and round eyes, The Dragon is also breathing smoke. In gameplay, the player summons a dragon of the same description that flies in the sky in front of the player, breathing purple smoke on any rival in the lane it was summoned in.
Overview [ ] In gameplay, the Dragon Smoke can only be obtained at random from Item Boxes by Dragonclaw Tails . As with most other Items, Metal Sonic can also use the Dragon Smoke if he uses the Steal Item to steal it from the aforementioned user.
Once obtained, the player can utilize the Dragon Smoke by pressing its icon on the bottom of the HUD. When used, the user sets loose the Dragon Smoke which will summon the dragon which travels down the lane it was deployed on in front of the user. The Dragon breathes out smoke for a set duration before despawning. Rival characters that make contact with the Dragon Smoke's smoke will be damaged, causing them to lose Rings and slow down momentarily. In addition, Dragon Smoke will covered rivals' vision with purple smoke for few moment. To avoid the Dragon Smoke, the playable character has to step out of its lane.
The Dragon Smoke can also be upgraded by leveling the user up to level 6 and 12 respectively. For each upgrade, the player will increase the damage dealt with the Dragon Smoke.
