Pummel opponents with this explosive pumpkin that can pass through obstacles!

— Description, Sonic Forces: Speed Battle

The Drac-O'-Lantern is an Item Box power-up that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Projectile Item used primarily to attack rivals.

The Drac-O'-Lantern's takes the form of an orange pumpkin lantern with an orange-yellow glowing mouth and eyes, and fire surrounding it. Also, black bats with cartoonish eyes surround it. In gameplay, this item becomes an orange-glowing pumpkin lantern icon with small black bats surrounding it. Also, while it moves, it leaves a yellow ring trail in its wake.

In gameplay, the Drac-O'-Lantern can only be obtained at random from Item Boxes by Witch Rouge and Vampire Shadow. As with most other Items, Metal Sonic can also use the Drac-O'-Lantern if he uses the Steal Item to steal it from the aforementioned users.

Once obtained, the player can utilize the Drac-O'-Lantern by pressing its icon on the bottom of the HUD. When used, the user sets loose the Drac-O'-Lantern, which will travel down the lane it was deployed on in front of the user. As it moves forward, the Drac-O'-Lantern will pass through any obstacle until this power-up wears off or hits a rival character. Rival characters that make contact with the Drac-O'-Lantern will take damage, causing them to lose Rings and slow down momentarily. To avoid the Drac-O'-Lantern, the playable character has to either step out of its lane or jump over it.

The Drac-O'-Lantern can also be upgraded by leveling the user up to level 6 and 12 respectively. For each upgrade, the player will increase the damage dealt with the Drac-O'-Lantern.

Spook your rivals with this ghoulish attack.
