A university student who attends Professor Pickle's class for her major. Dora has a good heart, but she's still working on the ABCs of courtship: when a boy at school talks to her, she stares at the floor and clams right up. She makes a delicious cabbage roll.
Following Professor Pickle's kidnapping by Dr. Eggman, many of his classes were cancelled. Because Dora attended Professor Pickle's classes, she was therefore forced on an indefinite break, though she did not know the reason. After the earth was shattered following Dark Gaia's awakening, Dora met Sonic the Hedgehog and Chip at Spagonia University, who were asking for directions to the university. Though she felt extremely shy in the face of strangers, Dora managed to tell the duo that they already were at the university, though she remarked that many classes were cancelled. She was also very shy when Sonic asked her casual questions, such as who she was and how she was doing. Later, she heard from Sonic that Professor Pickle had kidnapped, which made her want to go home since she thought it was not safe out on the streets.
At some point afterwards, Dora became possessed by some of Dark Gaia's Minions. Their influence would then cause her to dance and party rowdy together with other possessed humans in the middle of the streets in Spagonia during nighttime but would then revert to normal during daytime. Luckily, Dora and the rest of the possessed people had Dark Gaia's Minions exorcised from them by Sonic the Werehog and Chip during their first exorcism, thus freeing her from their influence.
After this experience, Dora began to open up more to Sonic and she would often (indirectly) express her desire for a romantic relationship by talking to him about how she preferred Spagonia during the night as it had a romantic glow at this time and how romantic it looked.
Recognizing her longings, Otto talked with Dora about doing something about her shyness. While Dora knew that her shyness held her back, she just could not find the strength to overcome it. She tried to talk to Sonic about it but found herself too shy to reveal nothing else that her talk with Otto about it. She then told Sonic that she had no idea how to get over her shyness and was pretty much hopeless about the situation.
Fortune came to Dora, however, when Otto assigned David to keep her company. After introducing himself to Dora and explaining that they went to the same science class, he asked her, rather awkwardly, if she wanted to hang out with him. Dora was initially confused, as she thought David had mistaken her for another girl, but David confirmed that he meant her. Dora then said timidly that it was kind of him to ask and that she would love to do it. As the two of them hang out together, they came to have a great time with each other, and Dora began to develop feelings for David. Dora herself did not really care where they went as she had a good time just being with David.
After their supposed "date", Dora was happy to have someone to hang out with. However, as Dora learned it was Otto's idea of them hanging out together and not David's, Dora tried to keep herself from getting too close to David, as she did not believe he felt the same way about her and tried to convince herself that she should just be satisfied with them being friends. Trying to keep herself from having feelings for David, however, proved to be too tough of a challenge for Dora. She could often not sleep at night because she kept thinking of David, and as such, she kept going on evening scrolls through the city, where she would meet Sonic and have a talk with him about what had happen regarding David. It was not made easier for Dora as David kept calling her, but she refused to answer his calls and when walking in the streets, she tried to stay out of David's sight.
Dora continued to talk to Sonic about her issues for a while. During their talks, she was allowed by Sonic to reveal that even though she was satisfied with just hanging out with David, she felt sad for reasons she could not understand. She would also tell him about how she thought about just going up to David and talk to him but found herself too big of a wuss to do it.
One day, however, Dora found David confronting her and revealed that he had fallen for her despite Otto having assigned him to hang out with and asked her if she would like to go out with him again. Overwhelmed with joy, Dora asked David if he meant everything he said and announced with great joy that she was so happy.
Dora later watched on in horror with the rest of her city as Dark Gaia began to cast the world into darkness while maturing into Perfect Dark Gaia, where she was talking to Denise as the crisis unfolded, but later rejoiced when the world returned to normal following Perfect Dark Gaia's defeat at the hands of Super Sonic and the Gaia Colossus.

Personality[]
While good of nature, Dora is extremely shy, which keeps her from pursuing her romantic dreams of getting a boyfriend. It can also keep her from saying anything while around boys.
