The Doom Morph is a transformation that is set to appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Doom Power used by Shadow the Hedgehog that allows him to transform into a Doom-influenced creature and conquer all terrain.
Appearance[]
When using Doom Morph, Shadow transforms into a dark Doom-influenced creature with red patterns that vaguely resembles a squid. In this form, Shadow now has eleven tentacles, which surround a central buccal cavity.
His mantle, features five blank red eyes on each side. The head curves downward at the front, so it is not perfectly round, making it resemble other types of Black Arms, such as Black Oak.
Overview[]
In Shadow Generations, it is one of many Doom Powers that Shadow the Hedgehog can utilize to his advantage. During gameplay, players can boost across the terrain, and when approaching a ledge, if a purple target appears, Shadow can release purple ink. By repeatedly pressing a button, players can use this ink to propel Shadow across.
Powers and abilities[]
Being infused with Doom Powers, Shadow, in this form, is able to emit a purple ink which he can use, similar to a Enerbeam, to latch onto and swing off special targets to get across pits. Additionally, he is able to latch onto walls or ceilings and move along them, akin to Pink Spikes.
Trivia[]
- Shadow's Doom Morph, in which Shadow doesn’t bear a form not closely identical to his base character is similar to other transformations such as Trip's Dragon Form and Gemerl's Ultimate Gemerl.
