The Diamond Dust Zone boss is the fourth boss encountered in Sonic 3D Blast in Diamond Dust Zone, piloted by Dr. Robotnik.
Battle
Robotnik's Egg Mobile has been modified with ice nozzles capable of freezing Sonic and encircle around the Mobile. The Egg Mobile can only attack Sonic once it is close enough to the ground. At this point, the doctor will fire the vaporizers around the floor, giving Sonic an opportunity to jump over the freezing vapors and land a hit on the glass cockpit before Robotnik retreats back into the sky.
