- Deven Mack is one of the two Western black voice actors to voice Sonic the Hedgehog. The other being Jaleel White in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic SatAM, and Sonic Underground.
- Before becoming an official voice actor, Deven voiced Devil Mario from Power Star, made by Daniel Sun.
- He is one of several Sonic voice actors to be from Canada, another being Gail Webster (the voice of Queen Aleena Hedgehog in Sonic Underground).
