Deeble is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog and its spin-off comic series' published by Archie Comics. He is a Blodex, a member of a friendly alien race inhabiting Thoraxia, which Sonic encountered when he was lost in space.
History
Deeble was Sonic's tour guide while Sonic was the guest of the Blodex. Deeble showed Sonic around the Blodex's home city, including the Statue of Aypex. Deeble told the story of Aypex, the Blodex's ancient champion, and how he used the six red Chaos Emeralds that fell from the sky to defeat the ancient Bzzzz Queen. With the Bzzzz having returned though, Deeble asked Sonic to stay on Thoraxia and be the Blodex's new defender, but Sonic declined.[1]
Powers and abilities
As a Blodex, Deeble can communicate with other beings telepathically.
