— The DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse Worker, "Mister Eggman"

The DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse Worker[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic Boom series. He is an anthropomorphic ox who works at the warehouses in Hedgehog Village.

Appearance[]

The Warehouse Worker is an anthropomorphic ox of average height with arylide yellow fur and magenta eyes. He has a slightly large and round torso and head, relatively thin arms, a bushy tail and slightly stubby legs. He also has cornsilk skin on his front torso and wide muzzle, a medium-sized black snout, almost cylinder-like ears, a pair of short white horns with black tips and a small brown goatee. For attire, he wears an iris cap with round edges, white gloves, a shirt colored in a mix of iris and light purple with a nametag and eye-like spots, large green baggy socks and red shoes.

History[]

TV series[]

Past[]

The Warehouse Worker was once married and had a family he cared deeply about. One time, the Warehouse Worker refused to sell Dr. Eggman anything at the DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse without the scientist's credentials. However, he was forced into compromising when Eggman threatened his family.[2]

The Warehouse Worker eventually divorced. Having lost his family, the Warehouse Worker was left with nothing to live for.[2]

Season one[]

SB S1E04 DangerCo warehouse worker

The Warehouse Worker warns of a robbery, from "Buster".

While at work at the DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse, the Warehouse Worker saw Orbot and Cubot rob the DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse with some Bee Bots and ran away to call for help, attracting the attention of Team Sonic.[3] Another time, the Warehouse Worker went to the Robot Battle Royale, where he saw Eggman steal Tails' Hypnobot at the end.[4]

Season two[]

Having gotten a job at the Fuzzy Puppy Warehouse, the Warehouse Worker would sell the warehouse's entire surplus of Fuzzy Puppy figurines to Orbot at a discount prize.[5] Back at the DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse, the Warehouse Worker would again demand to see Dr. Eggman's credentials when the scientist came there to shop. Because the Warehouse Worker was no longer intimidated by his threats (since he got divorced), Eggman had to comply. However, the Warehouse Worker denied Eggman his products when his transcript showed that he had no Ph.D. (since he qas 2 credits short of the graduation requirements), prompting Eggman to leave, frustrated.[2]

Personality[]

The Warehouse Worker was once a caring man who put the safety of his family above all else, like when he permitted the doctorate-less Dr. Eggman to shop at the DangerCo Deadly Equipment Warehouse to protect his family from harm. After he divorced and lost his family however, the Warehouse Worker was left with "nothing left to lose." As such, he has developed a fearless attitude in the face of danger. Regardless, he still cares a great deal about the in-and-outs of academic bureaucracy.[2]

The Warehouse Worker is very concerned about his job seeing as he sought help to stop a robbery of it. He is also rather astute about irony, noting how his peaceful village houses a business with villanous tech.[3]

Quotes[]
