The Cyber-Mechanoid Design Facility is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a facility created by Dr. Ivo Robotnik, which specialized in creating Exceptionally Versatile Evolvanoids.

The Cyber-Mechanoid Design Facility was designed to work on a 24-hour basis. E.V.E. was the only known creation produced by this facility which occurred once enough tactical information on Sonic the Hedgehog had been relayed back to it and was combined with data on Robotnik's brain cells. Originally, Robotnik had intended to use the facility to produce an entire "race" of such beings. Unfortunately for him, E.V.E. soon rebelled against Robotnik, and so the facility produced no further mechanoids.[1] Whether the facility remained or not afterwards, it was presumably destroyed when Station Square bombed Robototropolis.[2]
