The Crazy Taxi is a vehicle that appears in the Sega All-Stars series. It is B.D. Joe's personal Chevy Impala and the same vehicle he uses in the Crazy Taxi video game series. It is basically a normal taxi with a driver's plate that says "2HOP260" ("To Hop To Go").
B.D. Joe's Taxi appears to be a Chevrolet Impala convertible with a yellow paint job and a TAXI sign on top of its windshield, in order to be identified as a taxi.
Game appearances[]
Sega All-Stars series[]
Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing[]
In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, his Impala gets shortened to something like a two-seater (but it still has four seats) and it performs like cars such as Beat's street machine. In Joe's All-Star Move, a passenger drops into his car, they high five each other and Joe's car goes into Crazy Dash mode while running over racers who get in his way. (Referencing his game's focus on getting from point A to point B as fast as possible)
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed[]
In Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, the Crazy Taxi looks much the same as the previous game's rendition, but it looks more realistic and is a two-seater. This vehicle's transformations all have the same body type, but with something added that inclines it to a race type. As a boat, it becomes a hovercraft with a huge singular propulsion fan. As a plane, it replaces its wheels with sphere-shaped boosters the color of his car.
Sonic Colors[]
Would the owner of a yellow car, license plate "1NOM155", please report to the main gate? Your vehicle is in the path of an asteroid, and is about to get smash- Oh um... never mind.
