Copy Robot is a character that appears in the Mega Man comic series, and a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. He is an evil doppelgänger of Mega Man, created by Dr. Wily.
History[]
Copy Robot was first ordered to capture Shadow the Hedgehog, Charmy Bee, Espio the Chameleon, Vector the Crocodile, and Silver the Hedgehog to have more specimens for Eggman and Wily's army. Sonic the Hedgehog chased Copy Robot around Green Hill Zone until the Blue Blur had hit Mega Man, thinking that the Blue Bomber was Copy Robot due to their similar appearance.[1]
Later on, Sonic, Mega Man, Proto Man, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Rush came to Skull Egg Zone after Dr. Light was captured by Bass and Metal Sonic. Copy Robot ambushed the heroes alongside the Genesis Unit–Buster Rod G, Hyper Storm H, and Mega Water S. Copy Robot faced off against Mega Man and the evil counterpart kept on taunting Mega Man until the Blue Bomber used the Tails Wind Master Weapon to blow away Copy Robot. It is unknown what happened to Copy Robot after this moment.[2]

- In Sonic Universe #52, Copy Robot had made reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie's infamous line "Strange, isn't it?" while taunting Mega Man.
