The Communicator,[1] also called the Comm-Link,[2] and initially called the Sonic Signal Watch in its debut issue, is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics.

Description[]

The Communicator is a metal watch-like tool with a screen that a person wears around their arm. It transmits both visual and auditory information between individuals.

History[]

After completing the speed test with his uncle, Sonic noticed a group of Eggbots flying overhead, after which he received a call from Sally on his Communicator, telling Sonic to come back to meet up with her.[1]

Bunnie, Fiona, and Rotor also use the Communicator when they infiltrated the factory that stored Isaac.[2]

Sonic used his Comm-Link another time to talk with Sally when she had assigned him and some other Freedom Fighters to protect Mina during her concert after Nack's assassination attempt.[3]

Sonic and Antoine used Comm-Links at various points after Sally's roboticization.[4][5]

Shadow likewise used a Comm-Link while on his mission to track down E-102 Gamma.[6]
