Christopher Welch

Christopher Stephen Welch (born on 1982) is an American actor who was the voice actor for Tails in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Acting Career

As a child, Welch appeared in many television commercials. At the age of 10, Welch auditioned for the voice of Tails in AoStH, landing his first and only voice acting job. He was replaced in the Sonic Christmas Blast TV special by Chris Turner due to his changing voice. Welch stopped acting at the age of 13, and is now a sales representative for a food distributor in Vancouver.

Christopher Welch should not be confused with Christopher Evan Welch, another established voice actor.

Trivia

• Christopher Welch never worked directly alongside Jaleel White, the voice of Sonic.
  • Christopher did however work alongside Long John Baldry, Gary Chalk and Phil Hayes, the voices of Robotnik, Grounder and Scratch respectively. ^{[citation needed]}
