The character card fragment is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a distinct type of Mission Card that spawns in a random world within different time intervals for the player to collect.

Description

Character Card Fragments are cards that are mainly white in color with blue details. A photo of the character they unlock is on them, similar to the Mission Card.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, character card fragments are cards that spawn at random in random worlds during the "Scavenger Hunt Event" and must be collected in order to unlock Sailor Tails in the game. After spawning, a popup message comes up reminding the player that they have five minutes to collect them. The character card fragments can be detected if a player hears a jingle. This jingle gets louder if the player gets closer. Finally, in full sight, the player can touch it in order to collect it. Up to 100 fragments are needed to unlock Sailor Tails. However, the fragments were eventually removed following the Save Amy event.

If the player collects the required amount of character card fragments, they will not spawn anymore. However, players who do not have the required amount still have a chance to collect them.
