The Chaos Emeralds[1] are objects mentioned in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series published by IDW Publishing. They are seven gemstones from Sonic's world that hold incredible power.
Description
Powers and traits
Possessing immense power, the Chaos Emeralds have the same properties as the Sol Emeralds, except that they are not "fiery".[1]
History
Sonic once used the Chaos Emeralds as base examples for comparing them to the Sol Emeralds when he explained the latter to Tangle.[1]
Trivia
- The Chaos Emeralds are based on the objects of the same name from the Sonic the Hedgehog video games.
