He was going to destroy Mobius, starting with Robotroplis because he now wanted nothing but chaos. Sonic, Sonia,Manic, Knuckles and even Dr. Robotnik and Sleet were forced to ally with one another to save Mobius.
Eventually as the Sonic Underground played a song, a group of Swatbot shot glue guns on Chaos Dingo's feet causing him to lose his balance and fall, crushing Robotnik, whom Sonic had tricked into standing underneath the Chaos Monster. Dingo's fall caused him to spit out the Chaos emerald shards he had inside him, which Knuckles caught in the canister. Shortly after this, Dingo reverted to normal and was threatened with Roboticization by Robotnik and Sleet for betraying them. [1]
