Chalet Albion[1], also known as the Albion Chalet[2], is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a hi-tech Chalet located in the mountains of Angel Island. The Chalet is presumably named after the echidna city of Albion.
Description[]
Chalet Albion is a futuristic Chalet, with a rounded silver exterior, and large glass domes branching off from a windowed central tower. The building is connected to a circular landing pad for hovering vehicles. On Angel Island, Chalet Albion is located on the outskirts of Ice Cap, and the area which Sky Sanctuary floats over.[2][1]

Although the specifics of Chalet Albion's past are unknown, it was presumably either built following Echidnaopolis' return to the island, or was built before the activation of the Hyper Zone Projector and teleported away along with the city, before returning to the island as a side-effect of the Ultimate Annihilator's Omega wave.
The Best of Times, the Worst of Times[]
Following their wedding, Wynmacher and Lara-Le visited Chalet Albion for their honeymoon, admiring the magnificent views the area provided of Ice Cap and the surrounding regions. Their happiness was short-lived, however, as the sudden launch of the Quantum Beam teleported both echidnas into the Twilight Cage. The state of Chalet Albion following the attack is unknown.[2][note 1]

- ↑ 1.0 1.1 In Sonic Super Special #14, Chalet Albion is shown being hit by the Quantum Beam. Chalet Albion does not appear again, and is omitted from all future maps of Angel Island, implying that, like Haven, Chalet Albion was potentially destroyed by the Quantum Beam.
