History The President , whom the Central Information Agency work under.
During the Black Arms ' invasion of earth , the CIA would provide reports to the President about GUN 's war with the Black Arms across the globe. During the conflict however, the CIA's mainframe was compromised, presumably by the Black Arms.[1]
