Carina is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by IDW Publishing. She is a Scrapnik, an amalgamation of Badnik parts and once served the Eggman Empire. She now resides on Scrapnik Island.
Appearance[]
Carina is a combination of various Badniks, having the arms of a Monkey Dude, a Kanabun for a head, a Motobug wheel for legs, and a spiked ball for a torso.
History[]
Past[]
After being discarded by Dr. Eggman, Carina grouped up with its other fellow discarded Eggman robots and began a new civilization on the doctor's abandoned Death Egg with them. As a group, they collectively called themselves the "Scrapniks" and named their new home "Scrapnik Island".
Scrapnik Island[]
Carina, alongside the other Scrapniks, helped Tails to pull up both Sonic and Mecha Sonic in order to save them from the incinerator from the abandonned Death Egg. Her and the other Badniks then all cuddled Mecha Sonic to accept his apology.
Later on, Carina and the others bid goodbye to Sonic and Tails, as they fly away, with the Tornado, from Scrapnik Island.[1]

Carina is a robot of free will and has quite a friendly personality, even with the fact that she is mute.[1]
