Captureberry (キャプチャーベリー Kyapuchāberī?) is an enemy that appears exclusively in the Tails' Skypatrol video game, available for the Sega Game Gear.
Appearance
Based on flowers, Captureberries have a green torso and red petals which are similar to flower pots. They also have a yellow-peach head.
Overview
A Captureberry will stand still until the player approaches. When this happens, the Captureberry will capture (hence its name) the player's Rings, causing damage. Similar to Gon enemies, Captureberries cannot be destroyed.
Trivia
- These enemies are very similar to the Flowawa Badniks from Sonic Labyrinth.
- Despite the reputation Tails' Skypatrol has received, Sonic Tweet had made cards with character sprites from Tails' Skypatrol. Captureberry was on one of the cards.
