Calamity Cliffs is a location that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. The place is complete with many of its own dangers and is also part of the key to ultimate velocity. It's extremely dangerous, though it is possible to survive it with some intelligence.[1]

Sonic Christmas Blast
To complete the second challenge to use the Ring of Ultimate Velocity, Santa Claus showed Sonic and Tails the Calamity Cliffs, which Sonic had to snowboard down of. While snowboarding down the cliffs however, Sonic spotted a trap by Scratch and Grounder. To avoid the trap, Sonic skid his snowboard and covered the duo in snow, setting off the giant bear trap.[1]
