C. Nightmare is a Chaos Power used primarily by Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic Battle
Description When performing Chaos Nightmare, the user grinds both his fists at his side while briefly ascending into the air. While grinding his fists, the user invokes Chaos Control and distorts space around both his fists, creating small violet and purple pulsating spheres around each fist that repels enemies.
In gameplay, the Chaos Nightmare knocks opponents away when it makes a clean hit and allows the player to case the opponents for a Pursuit Attack. It is among the most powerful Heavy Attacks in Sonic Battle , and is also quite fast. However, it is often slow on start up, since Shadow naturally has the Shadow B. Kick to help prop up the attack with a small launch.
Emerl can randomly obtain this skill after participating in a fight with Shadow, whether it be with or against him. He can also use it at the end of a Shadow Combo.
