Chaos Nightmare is a move used primarily by Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic Battle. In the game, it serves as Shadow's Heavy Attack Skill.
Description
When the user performs Chaos Nightmare, the grinds both his fists by his side while closing his eyes and slightly raising his head, as he briefly ascends into the air. While grinding his fists, the user invokes Chaos Control and distorts space around both his fists, creating small violet and purple pulsating spheres around each fist.
In gameplay, the Chaos Nightmare knocks opponents away when it makes a clean hit and allows the player to case the opponents for an Aim Attack. It is among the most powerful of all heavy attacks in Sonic Battle, and is also quite fast.
Emerl can randomly obtain this skill after participating in a fight with Shadow, whether it be with or against him. He can also use it at the end of a Shadow Combo.
