The Bounty Hunters are a group that appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. They are similar to traditional bounty hunters in media, where they hunt after people placed with a prize or bounty on their head, via wanted posters. Little is known about them, with their most notable member being Jack Sinclair.

History[]

In a bowling alley, upon seeing Wade Whipple performing poorly, Jack Sinclair kicks Wade off of his bowling team and gives Wade his bounty hunter business card, advertising to him his bounty hunter expertise, and to add to the humiliation.

About 2 days later, Wade gets convicted as a criminal, as a result he gets placed a bounty on him. Jack immediately takes action on this and kidnaps Wade, throwing him into a cage customized by Jack. After overcoming an inner challenge, Wade punches his way out of the cage.

Wade defeats Jack Sinclair after a battle and embarrasses him. Sinclair claims that the third rarely referenced rule of bounty hunting is, "When faced with a worthy opponent, you run the hell away!" Sinclair then runs away.
