Bound Rings[1] are objects that appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are pairs of specialized Rings linked together with Ring Power.
Description[]
Bound Rings are pairs of rings resembling typical gold Rings. Each Bound Ring is linked to another specific Bound Ring by a stream of Ring Power.
Overview[]
In Knuckles' Chaotix, the Bound Rings appear as an item. In-game, every character possesses a Bound Ring which is linked to the corresponding Bound Ring of their partner by a stream of Ring Power. However, If a partner is trapped in a Combi Catcher, their Bound Ring does not function, making the main character's Bound Ring obsolete by extension.
