Many interpreted this as having characters who appeared in two separate forms of media (Like [[Vyse]] for quite some time) were not eligible, while others thought that they were. There's no communication here, nothing clear cut. We need to see if there are anyways to make the rules on this more definitive. I eventually was able to make [[Vyse]] after Worlds Unite. And speaking of Worlds Unite..

I just finished binging Worlds Unite, and I've realized something. Literally '''''every''''' character in the crossover has appeared in about 3 issues. Every single character in this massive franchise blend of two companies is eligible for an article on themselves. Individually. There needs to be some rule change or some sort of exception for most of these characters, because if not, we might as well just become a Sega and Capcom wiki. <ac_metadata title="Crossover Policy & Worlds Unite" notify_everyone="1441841475"> </ac_metadata>

Alright, I usually don't do this type of thing, not sure if I'm even doing this right, but it is my belief that are crossover policy needs to be revised for two principal reasons.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but our policy on non Sonic pages is "This is primarily a Sonic wiki, but we permit a small number of non-Sonic characters to have pages. Such characters must have appeared in at least two games, two comic books, or two episodes of a television show in which Sonic was a main character. Cameo appearances do not qualify as appearances. This includes crossover games, comics, and television shows, but excludes those in which Sonic merely made cameo appearances." Many interpreted this as having characters who appeared in two separate forms of media (Like Vyse for quite some time) were not eligible, while others thought that they were. There's no communication here, nothing clear cut. We need to see if there are anyways to make the rules on this more definitive. I eventually was able to make Vyse after Worlds Unite. And speaking of Worlds Unite..
