I don't see the appeal to his comics,it just his story seem like sh#t and he always used Echinda characters too.His art looks Descent to me,but his comics and characters are sooooo bad and cringeworthy,I rise my eyes in acid.If you like his work, then fine, that's great because you can see something I can't see in his work and it's just my silly opinion. But still,I don't see the appeal.
I think the butt-hurt is that Ken Penders pretty much threw a wrench in Archie comics works and almost single handedly took a blow to Sega.
Now he is sort of like Chris Chan, with a bit of an inflated ego and poorly made comic series.
Of recently I found out how Ken Penders got away with messing up Archie Comics flow.
Archies legal team missplaced in contract. Archie Comics fired the legal team over it.
So thats how Ken Penders got away claiming characters and content originally made for Sega. It wasn't a loophole in the contract since it just so happens to have gone missing.
Coincidence? I think- well yeah could be, but the fact Ken Penders took claim on his echidnas when it just so happens no one can find his contract prooving he cannot is awfully suspicious. I mean if he knew his creation was owned by Sega by contract, how would he had known when to call law suit if his contract just so happen to be missing?
Is there a chance that Penders or his legal team made sure to have the contract disappear?
This all seems awfully fishy to me.

I wouldn't go as far to think that.

Not to mention copyright infringement with his Knuckles rip-off (not that Sega has any problem with fan-fiction, even ROM hacks, Sega gives pretty much free rein for people to do whatever the Hell they want with their characters, but it shows Penders' hypocrisy). At least Chris Chan doesn't try suing anyone with his bullshit "character" "Sonichu", a rip-off of Pikachu and Sonic.
I think Chan could be held reliable for destruction of evidence if he indeed did destroy the contract, thus rendering all the previous decisions moot as well as landing in a hell-hole of trouble.

I think chances are Archies legal team just done goofed. I can't imagine Ken Penders sneaking into the offices and pilfering his contract or wherever they keep them.
I'll admit suspicious yeah, but Ken Penders doesn't look the pro-thief sort.

Dunno if Chris-Chan ever did try taking Sonichu to court, I figure it's easier to threat about it than the effort to do it.
