==Story==
At [[Miles "Tails" Prower|Tails]]' [[research facility]], when [[Sonic the Hedgehog|Sonic]] arrived there, [[Doctor Eggman|Eggman]] already has Tails captured. Sonic asks Eggman what is he going to do with Tails but Eggman replies that Sonic won't stop him this time. Eggman then escapes in a helicopter with Tails prompting Sonic to make chase.

If the player reaches the [[Goal Plate]] with at least fifty [[Ring]]s they will receive a fragment of the blue [[Chaos Emerald]].

==Boss==

In this boss fight, Dr. Eggman is in a machine that swings a spiked ball around. The area where Sonic has to fight him has five small cloud platforms to stand on. During this fight, Eggman can attack by simply moving near Sonic attempting to hit him with his swinging spiked ball. However, if Sonic is far away, Eggman can also dash at Sonic quickly in order to damage him. Three hits are all that's needed to defeat this boss.
