Blazer is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is a supervillain from the Special Zone.
History[]
A Christmas Wish[]
Blazer attacked New Tek City on Christmas Day but was opposed by the Chaotix Crew. A young pup named Richie Rover, dressed up as a superhero named Insect-Pup, attempted to fight Blazer and was nearly burnt to a crisp until Sonic the Hedgehog pulled him out of the way. Sonic was able to douse Blazer's flames by spraying him with snow that had fallen the previous night, giving Espio and Mighty a chance to knock Blazer out before he could dry and relight himself.[1]
Personality[]
Blazer is dangerous and arrogant. He speaks in a grandiose, melodramatic fashion which Vector the Crocodile noted would make him laughable, if he was not so dangerous. He is also very evil, as evidenced by how he stooped low enough to attack New Tek City on Christmas.
Powers and abilities[]
Blazer possesses pyrokinetic abilities such as shooting fire blasts from his hands. He has also demonstrated the ability to set his rock-composed body on fire, but his flames can be temporarily extinguished similarly to natural fire.
