Billy is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is an anthropomorphic dog and one of the Emerald Hill Folk.
History[]
Billy was one of thirty-five Emerald Hill Folk incarcerated in Robotnik's Badnik Processing Plant. He was horrified at the prospect of being led away to be turned into a Badnik "like lambs to the slaughter", and freaked out. He tried to escape, diving for the stairway, but he was caught by the Crocodile Overseer's whip and dragged back.[1] He was rescued with the other inmates by Sonic and the Freedom Fighters, and re-located to the Mushroom Hill Zone on the Floating Island, to be with the rest of his people.[2]
