Trivia

The art in the cover is a reference to the three-dimensional art seen in Sonic Channel and/or official video game artwork.
Knuckles's pose is strikingly similar to the one in the cover of STH: 164. Another hint as that both poses are located on the bottom right of their respective covers.
Despite looking like a 3D cover-art, it is actually 2D artwork.
Race against the machine story's name is reference to Rage against the machine-band
Some of the stories in issue has a references to bands or their songs
