Battlesim

Sonic in a battle simulation, from Sonic the Hedgehog #153.

The Battle Simulator is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a piece of Mobian technology created by the Kingdom of Acorn's technology experts in Knothole Village under the supervision of General Armand D'Coolette and Sally Acorn.

Description

The Battle Simulator was designed for the purpose of running simulations of battles between different Freedom Fighter groups, testing strength, speed, intelligence etc. to formulate better battle plans for the war against the Eggman Empire.

History

The Simulator's first simulation showed holographic recreations of the Knothole Freedom Fighters (excluding Sally Acorn) and the Chaotix. However, the simulation was marred by the sudden collapse of General D'Coolette, who was promptly hospitalized at Julayla Memorial Hospital, due to poisoning from an "unknown source".[1]
