A Badnik Horde Commander is a rank in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a position given to a Super Badnik who leads other minor Badniks within Dr. Eggman's Badnik Hordes.

- E-107 Theta was originally going to be a Badnik Horde Commander but was replaced by E-106 Eta due to Archie not wishing to use Light Mobius-related concepts for the moment.
