The Atom Drill was designed to dig through rock and dirt in order to unearth objects.
History[]
The Atom Drill was utilized by a squad of Eggbots working under orders from Snively Robotnik. Having learned of Ixis Naugus' return while imprisoned in Devil's Gulag, Snively sent his Eggbots to locate the wizard. The Eggbots detected a strong power source and used the Atom Drill in an effort to unearth it, hoping it would be Naugus. It turned out to be an unusually strong Power Ring, which then fell into the possession of Monkey Khan, who with the Freedom Fighters engaged the Eggbots.[1]
