Sonic the Hedgehog[]

After a huge power blackout across the Pacific Northwest occurred, the Army Chief met up with the top brass of the United States military in the Pentagon to discuss the incident. During the meeting, the Army Chief believed this incident could be a prelude to a larger attack and suggested assembling the military. However, Commander Walters suggested that they brought Dr. Robotnik in for help instead. While the Army Chief was against the idea and concerned with whether or not Robotnik could pull this off, Walters noted to the concerned top brass that they had no choice but to do it.

Personality[]

The Army Chief of Staff is a serious and composed man. Devoted to protecting his country, he is quick to suggest assembling the military when an attack on the United States seems imminent. He also seems to have little faith in unorthodox approaches to such critical situations, such sending in a "lab rat" to handle them, especially those with psychological issues.
