Synopsis[]
Sonic narrowly dodges Mecha's eye lasers and thinks to himself that, thanks to Dr. Eggman's Hover-Cam, his friends and family in Knothole are watching him fight for his life at the Old Megaopolis Harbor. Meanwhile, Shadow the Hedgehog threatens to kill Dr. Eggman. Eggman fearfully reasons that "good guys" don't kill, but Shadow tells him that he's no hero. Overhead, Tails continues to present A.D.A.M., who has taken control of the Tornado, with jokes and riddles. A.D.A.M.'s terrible sense of humor leaves Tails exasperated.
In the Badlands, the SWATbot army prepares its final march towards Robotropolis. Julie-Su accepts Knuckles going into battle, but doesn't approve of him being point man. Rouge overhears her as she mentions that Knuckles is unable to glide and offers to fly him into the fray. Knuckles and Rouge fly away to lead the charge, causing Julie-Su to feel jealous. Knuckles, Rouge, Amy, Julie-Su, Vector, Mighty, Fort Acorn's soldiers, General D'Coolette and the G.U.N. commandos charge at the SWATbots.
Mecha continues to try and shoot at Sonic with her eye lasers. Sonic jeers at her, causing her to realize that she should adjust her aim to compensate for Sonic's speed. She grazes his arm, causing Sonic to fall to the ground in pain. Sally, watching the battle at Castle Acorn, is reminded of Sonic's battle with the Xorda and becomes hysterical, running out of the room sobbing. Mecha pins Sonic down with her heel and prepares to finish him off, but is blindsided by Bunnie, who punches her into a building. She crushes the Hover-Cam and helps Sonic sit up while Geoffrey St. John throws a grenade into the building Mecha fell into. While Fiona tends to his shoulder, Sonic suggests Bunnie and Antoine head to Eggman's aircraft carrier to stop the missile launch. Bunnie asks for a different partner before reluctantly flying off with Antoine. Sonic asks why Bunnie seems upset, and Fiona explains that Bunnie and Antoine broke up six months ago. An explosion erupts from the ruins of the nearby building as Mecha, reduced to her metal frame, crawls out of the rubble.
A.D.A.M. finally figures out the answer to Tails' riddle. Tails congratulates him, but A.D.A.M. appears to no longer be aboard his ship's computer. In the Badlands, the SWATbot horde goes offline. Knuckles orders everyone to take advantage of the situation and destroy them all before they can reboot. On the aircraft carrier, Eggman becomes cross when he realizes that A.D.A.M. has stopped the missile launch. While he berates his AI, Shadow backhands him and Bunnie and Antoine arrive. Eggman escapes through a secret hatch into a submarine, where he demands A.D.A.M. resume the strike immediately. As the countdown resumes, Bunnie asks Shadow to take Antoine somewhere safe. Antoine begins to protest when Shadow drags him across the water towards the shore. Bunnie flies at full speed dive bombs through it several times, causing it to sink while the nukes explode underwater.
In Old Megaopolis, Espio, Geoffrey, and Hershey are easily defeated by Mecha. Fiona finishes patching up Sonic while Mecha gloats about he flawless design. Sonic uses this chance to runs around Mecha at high speeds, causing the ground to collapse. Mecha falls into the sewers below, where she short circuits in the water. With Operation: Triple Threat foiled, the heroes head home, Sally tries to calm herself, and Shadow reflects on the day's events. Eggman is furious that his plan was foiled, but A.D.A.M. realizes that the whole ordeal was actually fun.

Synopsis[]
Knuckles meets up with Rotor at Locke's Park and asks why Rotor didn't come to the Unveiling. Rotor didn't think Knuckles would care if he showed up. Knuckles also tells him Julie-Su was disappointed Sally and the kids didn't make it in time. Rotor draws Knuckles' attention to the storm in the sky and tells him that he and Cobar have discovered that the time/space continuum is collapsing.
Meanwhile, Lara-Su is in deep conversation with Julie-Su about how Knuckles and Julie-Su aren't giving her much chance at having responsibilities.
Rotor explains the situation to Knuckles as Rutan is making out with Salma. Salma stops kissing when she hears them talking, and points out its Rutan's uncle.
