The Aqua Wavy Trail is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a trail used to modify the playable character's appearance and boost their rewards.

Description

When equipped, the Aqua Wavy Trail takes the appearance of a textured and wavery aqua streak with faint sparkles that the playable character leaves behind them while they move around or surrounds them like an aura when they stand still. This trail stretches out from behind the playable character until it eventually fades away.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, the Aqua Wavy Trail is a collectible trail of the "Uncommon" rarity, although it used to be "Epic".

In 1.0, it could be unlocked at the red vending machine in Emerald Hill. When purchasing from this vending machine, the player has a 4% chance of getting an Aqua Wavy Trail.

In 2.0, it could be unlocked at the 50,000,000 Ring Trail vending machine in New Yoke City. When purchasing from this vending machine the player has a 27.1% chance of getting an Aqua Wavy Trail

In gameplay, the Aqua Wavy Trail lets the playable character produce this trail's textured streak behind them as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Aqua Wavy Trail will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up an Aqua Wavy Trail for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up an Aqua Wavy Trail will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can evolve an Aqua Wavy Trail by collecting five Aqua Wavy Trails, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Evolving an Aqua Wavy Trail will combine the Aqua Wavy Trails into a single evolved trail at level 1, with boosted base stats compared to the un-evolved version.
