The Anti-Metallix Device is a black, rounded device with three buttons on it.

Features and traits

The Anti-Metallix Device is, as its name implies, a weapon that can seemingly only be used against a Metallix. When attached to the head of a target, it alters the Metallix's visual input, causing it to view other Metallix as enemies as well.[1]

The Anti-Metallix Device was a weapon created by Dr. Ovi Kintobor and the Underground after the Brotherhood of Metallix took over Mobius. Before Kintobor could test it though, he gave it to Sonic the Hedgehog. When coming across a group of Metallix soon after, Sonic used the device on a Metallix, making it attack its brethren while Sonic and his allies escaped.[1]
