The Angel's Voyage crew is a group that appears in the Sonic Prime television series. It is a pirate crew led by Captain Knuckles the Dread, and temporarily by Sonic the Hedgehog. They live in No Place and sail the sea on board their ship, the Angel's Voyage.

The crew was formed after Dread failed in retrieving the "Devil's Lighthouse" and his former crew (Black Rose, Batten Rouge, Sails Tails, Catfish and Froggy) abandoned him. Because his dreadful personality caused him to lose his former crew, Dread and his new crew started to live differently, throwing several parties and not worry about anything else.[1]
Season one[]
Most of the crew is happy to have Sonic around, from "It Takes One to No Place".
When Sonic first arrived in No Place, Batten, Black, and Sails perceived Sonic as a threat, thinking that he was part of the crew who defected from Dread. They eventually believed otherwise and then agreed to take him to their ship. Once at the ship, the entire crew threw a party to welcome Sonic. After a few more parties, Sonic realized that Dread is a coward, especially after the crew went into hiding when Dread's former crew led by Jack invaded the Angel's Voyage. Sonic inspired the crew into fighting back which resulted in Jack's crew retreating, and they hailed Sonic as their savior.[1]
Sonic learnt of Dread's past attempt in retrieving the "Devil's Lighthouse" through the stories told by the other crew members. Sonic was determined to pick up where Dread had left off, navigating their way with the help of his shoes. In response, Dread decided to make Sonic the new captain of the ship.[1]
The crew is ready to fight, from "There's No ARRGH in "Team"".
Rusty Rose, having harnessed the power of the red Prism Shard, arrived along with the Eggforcers and attacked the crew[1], damaging the Angel's Voyage before leaving to find the blue Prism Shard. Sonic realized that the blue Prism Shard was actually what was thought to be the "Devil's Lighthouse". While the Angel's Voyage was sinking, Sonic discovered that Dread had abandoned the ship by himself, and convinced the latter back to save his crew and the ship. Inspired, Dread resumed his role as captain and rallied the crew to fix the ship.[2]
The crew managed to chase after Rusty and fight, while Dread went for the Prism Shard. Sonic and the crew destroyed the robots and tied up Rusty, and Sonic rushed to help Dread while the crew were left to watch over Rusty.[2]
Season two[]
Dread and crew are in possession of the shard and also have Rusty Rose captured. When Black Rose asks about the Angel's voyage and Dread replies with a good captain goes down with their ship but better captain steals someone else's, later they would decorate their new ship named the Kraken they would then start a new group called the Kraken's crew.[3]
