Amy Rose is a character that appears in the Sonic Adventures comic series published by Sirène. She is an anthropomorphic hedgehog who was captured by Doctor Robotnik to be used in his schemes against Sonic the Hedgehog.
Appearance[]
Amy is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with a round head. She has pink fur that covers most of her body and peach skin on her muzzle and the inside of her ears, and black eyes. She wears a red ribbon tied into a headband, orange skirt, and blue and white sneakers with yellow laces, and a green blouse. Also, her quills stand up.

When Sonic escaped from Dr. Robotnik's clutches, Amy was kidnapped by Robotnik to be used as bait to lure Sonic out in the open, though Amy showed no hesitation about insulting the doctor once she was brought before him. Left dangling from a rope, Amy was dragged along with the doctor until Sonic showed up and tried to free Amy, only for Robotnik to cut the rope over a volcano and make Amy and Sonic fall into it. However, they were saved by a golden ring that transported them to a Special Stage from where they got safely back home.

Amy Rose shares an unknown, but friendly past with Sonic. In this continuity, Amy doesn't express any romanic interest in the blue hero. However, she has absolute faith in his heroism.
Amy would not even for a moment entertain Doctor Robotnik with the idea he could beat Sonic, scoffing at him for thinking using her as a hostage would matter. Though, when one of Robotnik's Badnik dangled her over a volcano, she wasn't entirely certain how Sonic would save her this time. Sonic, for his part, didn't have a plan either when Robotnik cut Amy's rope. By chance, a Giant, Golden Ring to the Special Stage was waiting for them at the bottom, knowingly placed there by Princess Alucion's people.
After Sonic beat the Special Stage's challenge, Amy and Sonic, in his Golden Armor, teleported to meet up with Tails in Green Hill before the golden hedgehog took off.

Amy Rose shares an unknown, but friendly past with Tails. Tails himself regards Amy as one of his best friends. Likewise, after surviving the volcano and leaving the Special Stage, Amy ran to her two-tail friend for a hug.

While Amy Rose shares an unknown past with Robotnik that made him aware of her, its clear she has an antagonistic relationship with the Doctor. Rightfully so, as he kidnapped her for his schemes against the Hero. Not only that but his smell really irritated Amy's nose.
Amy doesn't take her being used as bait lying down, insulting the doctor without caring about his rage. Robotnik became mad, and tried to use his size and rage to command respect and fear out of her but Amy ignored them and continued her own verbal abuse. Before things could escalate in any direction, a Badnik flew in the inform Robotnik they found Sonic. Excitedly, Robotnik instantly move on from Amy's insults and went to the Echidna's city.
Later, one of Robotnik's Badniks held Amy by rope over a volcano lure Sonic. Seeing his chance, Doctor Robotnik cut the rope, taking gleeful joy as he watched Amy and Sonic fall to certain doom.
