Alexis Acorn (born 3237) is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is a mobian squirrel, the daughter of Megan Acorn and step-daughter of King Elias Acorn.
Appearance[]
Alexis is a newborn mobian squirrel with brown and tan fur, brown hair, blue eyes, and brown skin.
History[]
Early life[]
Alexis had an unknown father before Elias took her in, unfortunately, he was killed by Dr. Robotnik's forces before she was born. Therefore, due to her heritage (as she is only Elias' daughter by marriage), she is ineligible to take a place on the throne of the Kingdom of Acorn. This is fine with her step-father, as he does not want her involved in a life of politics.[1]
Life in New Mobotropolis[]
Alexis was briefly captured along with almost everyone else and sent to the Egg Grapes after the destruction of Knothole, but was subsequently rescued and moved to New Mobotropolis where she lives with her parents in the new Castle Acorn.[2][3] When Amadeus Prower and his wife infiltrated the castle in their efforts to convince Elias to step down as king, Elias had Nicole move Megan and Alexis to safety.[4]
Sometime after, Alexis would evacuate the city along with her parents after the Battle Bird Armada attacked.[5]
Leaving New Mobotropolis[]
Due to the city appointing Ixis Naugus as their new king, Alexis was forced along with Elias and Megan to leave and move back with her grandfather Joss in Feral Forest. Sonic, Antoine, Amy, Bunnie, and Tails offered to escort them out safely. Unfortunately, Eggman had worse plans for them as he sent out the new model of Metal Sonic and Mecha Sally, Alexis' recent roboticized step-aunt to slow their efforts down. Alexis and her family had managed to escape, thanks to Antoine's sacrifice.[6]

- The issue of Alexis' parentage is not directly touched-upon, likely due to the nature of the subject. In issue #155, Queen Alicia stated that Alexis was Elias' step-daughter. Furthermore, Elias had only run away from Knothole mere weeks before Megan's first appearance, in which she was clearly very far along her pregnancy, suggesting Elias could not have been Alexis's biological father.
