Air Slide is a drifting maneuver that appears in Sonic Riders. It enables the users racing on Extreme Gear to tackle through sharp turns while still being able to race at high-speeds by consuming Air.
Description
To perform the Air Slide in gameplay, it Is required the player has some Air in his/hers Extreme Gear's Air Tank. The player must then press the Left/Right Trigger while steering to the side. This will shoot out a jet of Air out of the side on the player's Extreme Gear, resulting in the player making a sharp while still moving at high speed. This is a useful assist that is mainly used in maneuvering through sharp turns on the racing tracks.
