Air Slide is a drifting maneuver that appears in Sonic Riders. It enables the rider racing on Extreme Gear to tackle through sharp turns while still being able to race at high-speeds by consuming Air to do so.
Description
To perform the Air Slide in gameplay, the player first must have some Air in the Extreme Gear's Air Tank. As they approach a tight corner, the player must press the L Trigger or Right Trigger while steering. This will shoot out a jet of Air out the side of the player's Extreme Gear that will assist in maneuvering through the sharp turn.
