Sonic the Hedgehog[]
After a huge power blackout across the Pacific Northwest occurred, the Air Force Chief met up with the top brass of the United States military in the Pentagon to discuss the incident. During the meeting, the Air Force Chief noted that NASA had rooted out meteor strikes and solar flares as the causes of the incident. Eventually though, Commander Walters suggested bringing in Dr. Robotnik for help, someone which the Air Force Chief was not happy about, as he noted that the doctor was a "psychological tire fire". Despite this, Walters told the concerned top brass that they had no choice.
Personality[]
The Air Force Chief is a serious man and dedicated to his country. However, he is very much against unorthodox approaches to critical situations, like sending the unstable Dr. Robotnik in to solve a matter of national security in spite of the doctor's perfect operations record.
