Personality[]

Willoughby is a straight-laced, Type-A personality who values discipline and efficiency above all else, with a no-nonsense attitude that borders on ruthlessness. Her strict demeanor and business-like approach to operations are matched only by her deep-seated resentment towards GUN, whom she feels has betrayed her trust by prioritizing surveillance over annihilation when it comes to Team Sonic, and unfairly relegating her to a desk job after years of dedicated service on the front lines.
